Lightnity VPN respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
We collect the following types of data:
The IP address is temporarily stored but is not associated with specific user activities on the network.
The WireGuard protocol is used for secure connections, and keys are generated locally on your device during each connection.
Temporary data, such as IP addresses stored for DDoS protection, is retained for a maximum of 3 days and is then automatically deleted. Messages sent to support and bug reports are retained as long as your account remains active and are permanently deleted upon account deletion.
All data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols.
Account Deletion: You can request account deletion directly through the app’s account settings or by contacting support via email. Once a request is submitted, your account will be immediately deactivated, and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. This email will include a link to cancel the deletion request. You have 3 days to follow the link and restore your account if you change your mind.
This delay is implemented to allow users to retain access to any remaining credit balance or active subscription. If the request is not canceled within 3 days, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted. Transaction records required for compliance will be securely retained.
Data Access: You can view your account details and transaction history within the app.
Data Retention: Data is retained as long as your account remains active. Deleted accounts will have all associated data removed, except for payment transaction records required for compliance.
Lightnity VPN may be unavailable in certain regions due to external restrictions or legal limitations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service but strive to minimize downtime.
Payments: Blockchain transactions are handled by the TON network directly through the blockchain and do not involve third-party processing services. We do not store wallet addresses.
Lightnity VPN is not intended for users under the age of 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has created an account without parental consent, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.
Lightnity VPN is not responsible for user activities while using the service. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their activities comply with local laws and regulations.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements.
