Welcome to Lightnity VPN. By using our application and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

1General Information

Lightnity VPN is a VPN service for Android devices designed to provide secure and private connections. The app offers three modes of usage: Without an Account, Registered users without a Pro subscription and With a Pro subscription, more details in point 3.

The app uses the open-source WireGuard protocol for secure connections, distributed under the GPLv2 license.

2Account Registration

• Users must provide a valid email address to register and verify their account.
• Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.
• Users can request account deletion through the app or by contacting support. Deleted accounts can be restored within 3 days of the deletion request. After 3 days, all account-related data will be permanently deleted, except for transaction records required for compliance.
• Lightnity VPN reserves the right to block or restrict accounts for violating these Terms of Service.

3Account Registration

Payments:

• Subscriptions are available through blockchain payments (TON network, USDT currency).
• Payments made with cryptocurrencies are final and non-refundable.
• If users overpay using cryptocurrency, the excess will be credited to their in-app balance, which can only be used for subscription payments.

The app offers three modes of usage:

• Without an Account: Users can connect to the best-performing free server only and cannot configure split tunneling (VPN is applied to all apps on the device).
• Registered users without a Pro subscription: Users can choose any of the available free servers and can enable or disable VPN for one particular application.
• Pro subscribers: Users can access all servers, including premium servers and can configure VPN for multiple applications or exclude selected applications from VPN usage.

4Service Availability

• Lightnity VPN does not guarantee uninterrupted service and may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, legal restrictions, or external factors.
• In case of service disruptions, a notification will be displayed in the app.

5User Conduct

By using the app, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Not engage in activities that violate any local or international laws.
• The user is not authorized to make changes to the program code of the application.

Lightnity VPN is not responsible for any misuse of the service. Accounts involved in illegal activities will be blocked without notice.

6Limitations of Liability

• Lightnity VPN is provided "as is" without any warranties of availability or performance.
• We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7Features and Functionality

• Connection to servers: free or paid, depending on the mode of use.
• Split tunneling: configure VPN operation, only for specific applications or exclude selected applications from VPN use (only for registered users, one for those who do not have a PRO subscription and several for those who do).
• Account Management: Registered users can view subscription details, history, and in-app balance. They can also request account deletion and restore it within the 3-day grace period.
• Bug Reporting: All registered users can report issues directly through the app.
• Support Chat: Accessible to registered users for resolving issues, including payment-related queries.
• Invite System: Registered users can share their promo code with new users paying for PRO subscription for the first time. When using the code, its owner receives bonus subscription days.

8Support and Bug Reports

• Users can contact support via in-app chat or email.
• Bug reports submitted through the app are stored until the account is deleted.
• While we strive to respond promptly, response times are not guaranteed.

9Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the operations of Lightnity VPN, excluding any conflict-of-law principles.
